Small group of plants growing next to Pterostylis aneba (sighting 3387037). Only one with any signs of flowering - I presumed this was finishing up rather than coming out. From location and leaf I'm guessing maybe C. valida? Cheers Glen

Yes Glen, almost certainly C. valida, I have seen them there myself. It appears to have been fertilised, after which the stem elongates.

Thanks Tony - was wondering about the stem length - so that all makes sense now! Have to try and have a look at these a bit earlier next year. Cheers Glen
