Private property. No public access without permission. I can vouch that this cute skink can swim very fast. :)

Yes, the skink jumped into the water and swam a short distance to the reeds/plants. I think there is also another species of skink in this dam as well. They are even better swimmers! I'll keep trying for some photos.
