Referring to Moths of Victoria, Part 4 this looks like Dichromodes diffusaria, p.22, Disbursed Heath Moth, (Vic, NSW, Qld) see also Lepidoptera Butterfly House http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/chro/diffusaria.html , see also BOLD systems, 2 records (SA, NSW)

This looks like another specimen of the variable Dichromodes disputata. D. diffusa has more clean-cut transverse lines (more so than the MoV illustration suggest, when you see a group of them together)

Looking at this again after the recent 4237155 D. diffusaria, I reckon I got this one wrong. It is also D. diffusaria as originally suggested.
