User's notes
Not sure of exact location, a few minutes before Yankee Hat turnoff. Spotted it crossing the road, but to my horror it stopped in the dead centre. When I got out it did a U-turn and stopped on the roadside verge (as other cars drove past). I took some photos and with some gentle coaxing it moved back into the bush. If it had been another driver I think it would have been toast.
