I don't think so. Passiflora caerulea has 2-4 raised glands at about the middle of the leaf stalk, and obvious leafy stipules at the join between the leaf stalk and the stem.
None of the other species of Passiflora in Plantnet fit your photo.

I was going by the previous sighting about 20m away. The flower shows in Nearby Sightings. I didn't look for glands or stipules.

Photo added. Stipule sometimes absent. Glands can be seen and felt on leaf stems.

The stipules are only present on juvenile plants, I think
