Do you know if the woodland patch just across the border is private property? There are tracks that lead into it with no visible barrier other than the railway line separating it

Yes a lovely bit of bush next door - but it is private property, and the owner has put up many "keep out signs" - you can walk within the railway line reserve - the track is not in use.
