More likely to be incisa than urens, given where it was photographed. A photo of the plant in flower is needed yo be certain.

The elongated leaves make it likely to be Urtica incisa. 'Weeds of the South East' says leaves of native U. incisa are lance-shaped to narrowly oval while introduced U. urens leaves are oval to oblong.
