As further ID:
Page 250-251 of Robert Whyte and Greg Anderson's book has photos of individuals from Hypoblemum albovittatum and H. villosum, all of which officially have the name Hypoblemum albovittatum, despite variations that indicate the possibility that there are multiple species which have been clumped into one. Anyway, the two photos of males on the top half of Page 251 have qualities that match the individual in this sighting. Long light-coloured hair that fully covers the abdomen with a white tip at the end, a black head with small amounts of light hairs towards the back, bright orange hair above the eyes, white palps and black legs with tufts of lighter hair towards the ends. Since there's essentially perfect correlation, I think Hypoblemum albovittatum would be a reasonable ID for this one.

UPDATE:
Hypoblemum sp. (genus) (Unidentified Hypoblemum jumping spider) on 19 Nov 2016
As discussed in the comment thread in the above sighting, CathB has found a much more recent (and accurate) revision of Hypoblemum which indicates that individuals like this are a distinct species of their own from Hypoblemum albovittatum which it used to be clumped in with like multiple other Hypoblemum species. Now its species ID would be Hypoblemum griseum (this individual is a male).
