Matches entry and images for C. oblita on the ALA

Some online images identified as C. oblita do match it. However the description and figure of C. oblita in Shelley Barker's book 'Castiarina: Australia's richest jewel beetle genus' (ABRS, 2006) do not match it. The blue colour makes it more likely to be C. flavopicta, so I'll call it that.
