I am inclined to think it is Senecio linearifolius var. latifolius rather than var. denticulatus. To determine which, I need to know how many 'petals' per flower, which a head on photo of the flowers would show, as well as good closeups of the front and back of a leaf. All these should be routine. Usually people take head on photos of a flower, and forget to take a side on shot. Both are needed.
