Injured barn owl saved by parkrun runner from crows. Injured wing, was collected by ACT wildlife.

Are there any further photos of this bird? I would not be confident of a positive id with just the head shot. I cannot see the legs or the colour of the back so cannot dismiss Grass Owl. Even so most likely to be Barn Owl.
