I am basing this suggestion on the l:w ratio of the leaves of less than 4:1, and assuming the leaves are 10-20 mm wide. On the other hand, the fruits are not red.

Mike I must admit I am old time and still think of this plant P. fortuneana, which it is still referred to in some weed books. I think you have captured the plant before the fruits have matured and they will become orange-red with age
