I am basing this suggestion on the l:w ratio of the leaves of less than 4:1, and assuming the leaves are 10-20 mm wide. On the other hand, the fruits are not red.

Michael Mulvaney identified yellow fruited P. crenatoserrata on Isaacs Ridge http://canberranaturemap.org/Community/Sightings/Details/34744
and on that basis I suggested another http://canberranaturemap.org/Community/Sightings/Details/3344066 but now you make me unsure.

Mike I must admit I am old time and still think of this plant P. fortuneana, which it is still referred to in some weed books. I think you have captured the plant before the fruits have matured and they will become orange-red with age

I have looked at Australian Plant Image Index and seen the yellow-orange immature fruit and the red ripe ones.
