Count is of fruit bodies growing on the underside of a fallen dead branch.

This specimen seems to be a bit hairy for what I'm used to seeing with this suggested genus. The pileipellis seems more like that associated with Crinipellis species, but my memory is getting a bit vague on that group.

Perhaps Crepidotus, but I'm far from sure - hence Agaricales for now.
