One of only a few records of the Tan-backed Skink in the ACT. The Canberra Nature Map records are giving us a better understanding of its local distribution

White's skink has distinctive pattern on its back. I am jealous as I have never seen this animal.

I am not convinced this is montana. The pale vertical stripe edged with black can be clearly seen above the forelimb which is diagnostic for whitii. Also there are populations of whitii for which the dorsal region can be entirely without pattern. Comments please!!!!
