Specimens collected for National Herbarium. Plant removed 17/2/2016.

Mike it would be good if you can mattock these plants out, or cut them at ground level and apply neat roundup. Let me know if you need help

Good one Mike, moth vine is one we want to eradicate before it becomes established.

Same family as swan plant Gomphocarpus physocarpus and Asclepias sp. milkweed. Araijia is probably too much of a risk to keep as food for an introduced species even though the Monarch butterfly is very pretty. My father used to breed them with swan plant as food.
Should we keep Cootamundra wattle as food plant for superb parrot or Pyracantha as food for rosellas and currawongs?
