Suggested id. based on small size of plant, particularly the labellum (approx. 8 mm across).

I've confirmed this on the basis of the small flower, the relatively few calli (as far as I can tell from the photo), and that it has been previously recorded from this area. Note that the plants have been fertilized.

Thanks Tony, few were left in flower by the time I found them and the number of calli seemed to range between 2-4 lower than what I expected for this species but I didn't know what else to suggest.
