Cane rust on Blackberry (species not determined) many canes infected, second image shows spores that have fallen on to a leaf

From the photo I can but agree with KenT that this is a rust fungus - but I can't identify it from the photo.

Things to consider are how many rusts are currently present on blackberry in Australia (3?) how many produce symptoms on canes (2?) of those, how many erupt from canes with production of uredinia in spring (1?) hence my suggested identification.
