I don't think it was Lissanthe. The plant formed a very soft floppy mound. It could be Acrotriche serrulata as I have found this on the Fishing Gap track before, but I am not sure. I went back to look at it to see if it was any more advanced, but it seemed just the same. I will check it later in the year.
