Without intact triads of flowers or fruit it is impossible to say which species of Amyema this is.

This is Amyema pendula because it typically has brown leaves as well as green leaves. It also has brown fruits (as in the picture - juvenile ones) as opposed to green ones in Amyema miquelii. Also Amyema pendula tends to have a more open habit as pictured.
