Yes agreed, from this image alone taking the identification any further is not possible. From looking at several keys and descriptions of individual species it seems a combination of characters are needed for identification. Leaf shape and size seems very variable within species and one would need to add photos of leaf attachment to stem, hairs on the stem, a good close up of the seeds and growth habit. I now know better for when next time I come across these.
