Suggestion based on the assumption that the host is Acacia deccurens. Uromycladium murphyi is thus far the only gall rust recorded on this species of Acacia.

If it’s any consolation, I had literally no clue (I’m trained in animal ID, not plants) so honestly any suggestions are better than what I come up with haha :)
