Actually, on reconsideration, I think it is Uperolea laevigata. Have a listen to the Frog ID app. Happy to stand corrected but if anyone agrees I would be willing to go with that.

yepp I am not 100% sure if this is a crinia parinsignifera- sounds too low and also has too much of a thrill- would rather think it is crinia signifera trying to get started and doing a threat call at the same time
