I saw many small ones like this at Bermagui Harbour about this time of year many years ago. I think it is Cyanea rosea but could not get the verification to work

sorry I cant tell from the photo - nearest would be a umbrella/moon jelly (Aquorea eurhodina) but it's usually easy to see the 4 underside lobes.
