Chrysodeixis (genus) (Green looper)

Green looper caterpillars with a white line along each side, and a number of thinner white lines along the body, sometimes with a black lateral spot on each segment, and with 3 pairs or true legs, 2 pairs of prolegs, and a pair of claspers. Pupate in a loose cocoon under a food-plant leaf.
