Australopacifica graminicola (Brown-speckled planarian)

A small planarian 13-18 mm when crawling, with the general colour of the dorsal surface red-brown. The whole of the dorsum is covered withspeckles of darker red-brown which tend to collect in an irregular median stripe, most distinct posteriorly. Venrreal surface pale except near the anterior end where they may be a few speckles similar to those on the dorsal surface. Eyes contour the anterior tip in a single row and continue sparsley towards the posterior.
