User's notes

This is growing near native tussock grasses. Its leaves are narrow and ‘folded’ feel prickly to the touch when I slide my fingers down, but not when going up. Seed bearing stems have sheaf which thick rolls of seeds emerge from when sheaf pulled back. No visible ligule.
