Sighted in ANBG's Rainforest Gully on several leaves. Possibly Aleurocanthus spiniferus, the Citrus Spiny Whitefly.

Thanks very much looks like Citrus spiny Whitefly and as far as I can tell this would be the first Canberra record with just one "nearby" record in Sydney
