User's notes

Three of these blowflies were seen in the upper section of ANBG's Rainforest Gully, all close together and appeared to be interacting. They were all males as evidenced by the compound eye spacing. The first three images are of one individual, and the final two images of the second and third blowflies. The blowfly seen in the final image is more worn than the other two and has obvious wing wear. Looking back through NatureMapr's sightings of these Reddish Brown blowflies it appears that they are mainly sighted in this section of ANBG's Rainforest Gully. This might be because of the walkway in this area (they are usually sighted sunning themselves on the walkway handrails) or because the conditions in this area attract them.
