fallen leaves hopefully without fruits dumped in reserve most likely by resident of 77 Rivett street, he dumped leaves and Chilean needle grass clippings for decades, but at least since 2004 when FoMM began work in this area; begging the resident to stop dumping and spreading particularly Chilean Needle Grass, explaining the problem, offering a trash bag for free and removal for free doesn't stop him...
