Thanks. The site seems to be malfunctioning this morning. It didn't read the exif data from the photos and I had to enter it manually, but I didn't notice that the images weren't saved after I hit the "Report" button. The location data that you can see is correct though.
The second sighting I tried to load soon after did the same thing but this time mapped it to entirely the wrong location and when checking that out I tried to edit it (wasn't allowed), discovered that the photos for that one hadn't loaded and have deleted it.
Now waiting for the gremlins to disappear.
