I can't see the location, but the plant looks like Grevillea robusta https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4698393, which is near Duke St.

Interesting thanks https://canberra.naturemapr.org/users/8081. Do you know how grevillea seeds spread? we remove regularly perhaps every 2-3 years (hybrids of) Grevillea rosmarinifolia in a zone probably up to 300m behind backyards - I began to have doubts reg ants spreading the seeds.
