striking red stalk and brown cap. About 15cm high

After a bit of searching for an ID I suspect this is Neoboletus erythropus. The original specimen has now been pulled out by some vandal with a stick, but another has appeared since I photographed the first one. Looks exactly the same. It’s about 15cm high, 10cm across cap, pores beneath.
