Not much to go on here but even if a juvenile cunninghami it is not likely to have those stripes of the forelimbs. The reddish dorsal blotches are also pushing me towards a juvenile Tiliqua nigrolutea. To be honest, I'm not sure what it is. Happy to solicit other comments before taking it further.

Not the best photo to get a positive ID from, but from what I can see it looks most like Egernia cunninghami, as the characteristic pale ocular ring/pale orbital ring, head morphology (relatively thick neck tapering evenly to snout), pattern and vague suggestion of texture suggest this species.
