The sighting page shows this as non-local native but the species page shows it as local native. Is it native to SE NSW but not to ACT?

The kind of habitats where typically found (eg semi-permanent lagoons) don't occur in ACT. But it is planted into urban wetlands, with potential for spread further. So yes, I think (though hard to prove) that its not native to ACT but is to Southern Tablelands, and beyond.
