41 small hawthorns; cut and painted in 2 groups of 15 and 26 Hths; mapped with Field Maps 2025/26 Treated; all heavily grazed some without any leaves; it will be interesting to see whether the usual woody weed treatment i.e. cut and paint the cut surface will work on defoliated plants.
Follow up control at a site where on the 16/03/2025 hundreds of hawthorns and some sweet briars were treated in March 2025, see Field Maps 2024/25 Treated Weeds / Hawthorn.
