this seems around the area where SVG was removed manually at two overlapping sites of together close to 1500m2 - see FM Treated weeds 2024/25. SVG was never treated before Damon and co. introduced us to SVG last season so I'm not surprised if we find new sites with SVG and also SVG regrowth from what must be an enormous soil seed bank.
Weather conditions are not beneficial, SVG seems to thrive under moist conditions such as around dams, in drain lines, at lower slopes.... Do you have any indication of SVG being grazed?

No evidence of grazing, sorry the photos are not good. Yes, I went specifically to check on the known treated area again as earlier when I walked over it, I had not seen any.
