Hi Alison. There are 3 species in this image. The one near the margin of the leaf, with the spotted wings, is (I think) a Barklouse (Psocodea) of genus Ectopsocus; the one sitting on the eggs is a True fly (Diptera), possibly Chloropidae; and I think the eggs are probably familiar to you as those of a Leaf beetle.

@KimberiRP Thanks Kim, this sighting was submitted for the flies. I had already ID'ed the eggs. However, I will split out the flies and repost.
