About 1.5m tall Olive; flowering; I will tackle and map with Field Maps under Woody weeds with a comment; the common olive is not listed in the drop down list of Field Maps weeds.
Some leaves seem to have a hooked tip, which would make it African olive, not European. The other difference is the colour of the undersides of the leaves, but cannot see this here very clearly as it was taken at night.
From Hort Key for SE Aust 1. Leaves yellow-green and scaly below, mostly 1–2.5 cm wide, with a hooked tip Olea subsp. africana 1. Leaves whitish beneath, mostly 0.8–1 cm wide, without a hooked tip Olea subsp. europaea
So from that I'd say this is African - one underside looks yellowish Species Olea europaea includes both subspecies. So the CNM species listing you cited could include both. ACT Census has only sub sp cuspidata with the common name Olive.
