These photos were taken over 10 days. This is the first egg that I have found, though have had caterpillars before. Had seen male and female butterflies flying about, so went and checked the tree. Only found one egg, but on day 10 found three tiny caterpillars. No damage to leaf, but next time I checked (next day or two) there was damage to the three leaves they had been on, but two had disappeared. As of yesterday (29/11) there was still one tiny caterpillar. I don't know the fate of the other two. (Pic 4 is a second egg, all other pics are the same egg).
