In the middle of this is what looks similar to a dead slater or silverfish? No idea what it is.

Various moths in this group have flightless females. The males visit the emerged female to mate and (in Anestia sp) she lays her eggs on her cocoon. Inside her cocoon is her empty pupal case. Often the spent female body an be seen on the case, but I can't see it here. Look at Anestia (genus)
