User's notes
While I was looking at another one of the flowers, a large black insect arrived and started patrolling around. It eventually settled on this flower and stayed there for about a minute before flying off again. The last photo shows pollen that had adhered to its head. I will make a separate sighting for the wasp which I believe is Laeviscolia frontalis.
