User's notes
This galah had dark coloured substance dried to the end of its tail feathers. This substance caused the tail to drag along the ground as the galah moved. There did not appear to be any substance on the bird other than at the tail tip. The galah was hesitant to take off, and flew a bit wonky once it did. Otherwise appeared okay.
