The latitude coordinate needs to be changed to the southern hemisphere for this sighting, as the location is currently off the coast of Japan. I think it's just a matter of putting a minus in front of the latitude to change the location to the ACT.

Thanks @MichaelBedingfield - hi @Choyster can we please log this as a bug for @EdgarMcNamara - somehow invalid Latitude values are getting past our validation sometimes.
