hi, im trying to get a positive identification on the disease or bacteria that seema to be extremely detrimental to the health of these casuarinas? Also a posible solution to treat and prevent the spread

I believe it is a sooty mold. They don't often seem to kill plants of their own accord but can be nasty in combination with other factors. Wondering what you think @Csteele4
