Listed in the PARLIAMENT HOUSE VISTA AREA HERITAGE MANAGEMENT PLAN VOLUME 2 – APPENDICES as an avenue of Pyrus calleryana 'Bradford'.
My unreliable long-term memory recalls 'Manchurian pears with smelly flowers', but Manchurian pear is Pyrus ussuriensis though the smelly flowers are Pyrus calleryana.
