User's notes

During Friends of Grasslands field trip. No GPS device to hand. Location guesstimated based on contextual landscape pics. Looking East-Nth East along fenceline on lake bed. My FOG colleagues advised that this was in an infestation of serrated tussock - see associated articles of FOG Newsletter issues Nov-Dec 2014 (pp 7-8) and Nov-Dec 2015 (pp 6-7) available from https://www.fog.org.au/newsletter.htm. The abundance was probably more like 1001-10,000 or possibly >10,000, although at the time many appeared to have been killed by previous inundation.

Thanks Matt. I've added some extra info to the User's notes about a relevant FOG newsletter article. My pics from my Shingleback Lizard sighting (4654751) in the vicinity possibly shows more of a close up of the Serrated Tussock (mixed with what looks like Shiny Bog-rush
Schoenus nitens). If you consider it worthwhile I could add one or both these pics to this sighting?
