User's notes
Many spiders and insects running to escape the ecological burn at Want Place grassland. At least 6 huntsmen. They all stopped when they got to the footpath but it was very unsafe for them there as people walking along it and fire vehicles driving it. I herded at least 6 off the path to the other side. Also lots of smaller spiders and various shiny red coloured cockroaches. Many of the cockroaches stopped when they got to the path too and had to flick them across. Impressed they knew which direction to flee. They went downslope (closer to the creek I guess).
