User's notes

Very short (<5 cm), as are almost all other plants growing on this exposed lagoon bed. Most of height being the involucral bract, far exceeding inflorescence (30-35 mm, keeled). Spikelets in 3's, flattened distichous, about 4 mm long, and 1-2 mm wide, with about 18 florets (9 pre side). pedicles possibly triangular (hard to see) Some similarity to Cyperus concinnus except that glumes wrong colour, and big height difference. Soils a bit sandy.
