The Bird-dropping spider had just caught prey and was holding onto it, raised off the leaf. I'm not sure what the prey was but close inspection of the images shows long wasp-like antennae, very hairy eye surrounds and a sting at the tail. Possibly a wasp of some sort, similar in size to the small spider. The final image shows the debris of the spider's previous prey and many lines of silk threads forming a base that this type of spider usually sits on in an ambush position.
