Without an inflorescence it will be very difficult to ID this plant. The bright green habit and stiff flag leaves arising at 90 degrees to the stem remind me of fresh Rytidosperma pallidum. Also reminds me of Anthosachne scabra, however that is generally bluer and less leafy.
